Composition Boot Camp

Anyone can write a story, but what makes a good PSLE and exam-worthy composition?

Our composition boot camp will pump students with the tips and practice they need in this last leg before PSLE and SA2!

This composition boot camp will focus on:

• How to process the composition topic and pictures
• How to plan in a short amount of time
• How to create a story problem for compositions, especially when the topic may seem vague and confusing Eg. A Change In Your Life
• What students should do when they get ‘stuck’ while writing under time management
• Expanding on the rising action and the falling action
• A writing technique called foreshadowing, to add depth to their compositions

Most of all, students will learn how to write a composition that stands out!

After the boot camp, our students will feel accomplished, driven and inspired to write!
